The people are very well educated and speak great English. I don't need it to be the most exciting, just want to get to know someplace different for a short while.Not worth the trip, there are far better one or two day train trips from Paris than going there.Do you have suggestions for other one or two day trips outside of France? If you were interested Because it's such a pain in the butt to get from Luxembourg to Salzburg, have you considered some historic towns in Germany?Whilst checking off countries is great (I've been to all the European microstates), if you are going to burden yourself doing so it's best to find something else. Getting Around Luxembourg is Easy Luxembourg is also worth visiting because it’s so easy to get around. I am flying into Frankfurt & have 2 days to kill before going to Salzburg. The capital city Luxembourg is easily walkable to all the interesting areas and cheap busses can take you anywhere else you might be interested in seeing. save hide report.
