Despite this quibble, the film still manages to drive us towards a heart-pounding finale certain to unsettle your senses in the most pleasing of ways.
The film mixes familiar horror elements — aka walking dead — with mythology straight from an old Viking saga. If you don't know anything about the viking age other than longboats and what you've gotten from the Vikings tv show, you may or may not enjoy it, but you certainly won't appreciate it nearly as much. Nope! Tho on a tight budget, the movie is beautifully shot on location deep in the forests of Northern Europe.
