This was a month long process, which took hours of work (50-60 hrs.). Started with a phone screening, first interview, case study presentation, then a final interview. I had to present my case study in front of a few people and received no feedback from any of them. Do you prefer working alone or in groups? Interview I applied through Handshake, got an email from a recruiter within a week, set up a 45 min video conference, continued to the candidate exercise, where you are given a week to prepare an hour-long presentation to their "client" about how to use the software, give education materials i.e. The process took 4+ months. I read the reviews here, but was desperate due to COVID-19 and went through with the interview process anyway. 1st round with hiring manager, 2nd round with a team member, and 3rd round was a 2-part activity with a presentation to a group panel. The documentation online is not very descriptive and provides little overall help. If you like the candidate exercise, you will like the job if hired.Need a 3.0 cumulative GPA to get the job. I applied online. Everyone seemed nice and personable. Your feedback has been sent to the team and we'll look into it. I communicated with 4 different Veeva employees over the entire process. Interview. Offered a second round interview at end of call, accepted but later declined.I applied online. How do you feel about working remotely? You'll have another interview after that. I had six interviews and talked to eight different people just to get a rejection. Multi-step interviewing process with very direct and specific questions. This step took a lot of preparation, and I delivered a one-hour long presentation for it. Behavioral questions. Expect to wait 2-3 weeks in between as they are interviewing so many candidates they don't have any sooner available times. Very interested in what I wanted and how my skills are transferrable for the position. The process took 5 weeks. However, the interview process is definitely longer than average.Great experience! I was not just looking for another job, I was looking for the right career and a company to stick with.I applied online. One of which was distracted and not prepared to give me an interview. The next step was a mock presentation with 3 peer consultants. The interviews were not very technical and seemed to be more trying to get to know me! Glassdoor has 4 veeva systems interview questions and reports at veeva systems. Interview. I applied online. The process took 2+ months. They also asked questions to test your overall product knowledge (like best practices for a particular system). I'm not trying to be spiteful. The culture is fantastic and the people who are Veevans make every opportunity a growing opportunity. STAY AWAY!!! I applied online.
