Convenient that Mariano's is basically within the building and its walking distance from public transportation. Living in the Loop is nice because during the day up until about 8 p.m. there are people walking around the streets which is nice because you feel more secure walking. The entire staff, from the management office to the security, is super professional and kind. Thank you for your review. Downstairs there are a restaurant and a coffee shop. I miss you all so much!!!! Some restaurants are closed early and on weekends, but there are more places open the closer you get to Michigan Ave. Discover 4 parks within 1 mile, including Millennium Park, Alliance for the Great Lakes, and Openlands. Debbie will basically ignore you and let your neighbors violate the terms of their lease.So I assume they regularly watch their Yelp given the high rating, which makes me know I need to regularly watch my review to make sure it isn't hidden in Yelp's algorithm.I've lived in a few "luxury buildings" with some very poor management personnel. I, again, emailed the staff. I received a response almost instantly, and they fixed it for me. the door staff are the best part about the building as they are always friendly and willing to help. Safe to walk around at night. In addition, she went above and beyond by emailing us information about Aqua in comparison to other loop complexes. Well, when it came time to cancel, I returned my transponder to receive my deposit back. Aqua Apartments are unlike anything else in the city. The amenities were my favorite thing about this building.
Rectangular, giant skyscrapers - although quite pretty too - just stand in contrast with the winning power of nature. Towering an impressive 87 stories, these Chicago high-rise apartments are surrounded by the best of the city. Everyone I've met ( Hannah in leasing, Betty at the front door, Alicia, My apartment was on the 19th floor, just perfect for viewing , gym, business center, whirlpool, game room, media room, etc.Living at Aqua apartments is unlike anything else in the city! But the apartments tend to be smaller than in other buildings in the area (while the price is higher). I rent here at Aqua Condos and have not enjoyed it at all. Thank you for giving Kacy a shout-out! I drink you up like the thirst of one thousand camels with no hump. However during the winter it can be a bit quiet. We are honored you call Aqua your home!
The neighbors are great, the neighborhood is great, the pedway access is great, it's just a great place to call home. Accent your home with a balcony as unique as you are, with no two balconies alike. NEVER called me back and repeadily ignored my phone calls. Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, Millennium Park, and the 6-acre Park at Lakeshore East are all within walking distance to explore and enjoy. The unit itself is very pretty with lots of natural light – floor to ceiling windows.

But not all the people that live there hold their heads high, in fact, my favorite people (both staff and residents) were humble and kind folk. The views are amazing, it's quiet and the proximity to Millennium Park, the financial and theatre districts terrific. The architectural design is also beautiful and pretty famous throughout Chicago.
