I appreciate that mental health has started to come out of the closet, and that people are more comfortable talking about it. I liked this book, but it doesn't really have much of a plot. It’s heartfelt and compassionate with her own twist of humor thrown in. Absolutely amazing and brave of Raina to share her story to help others who might be going through the same thing.
