We walked into a sweltering restaurant and the staff had no idea what we were talking about. we also had buy one get one free coupons for drinks but were told they were for the place across the street...Carlton had a big celebration in town the weekend we were there. Found this little gem as we had booked a night at Black Bear Casino - didn’t realize smoking is still permitted at Casinos in MN :(
