The longest time it ever took to ship to me was 7 days but I've received it in 4 beforeTheir products are good.
Phoned to redirect the parcel to a local shop and this was never confirmed or put through even though they said they had done it, as we had no confirmation text or email and dpd told us when we rang that this hadn’t been done. Nobody know anything, the staff just told me to call the delivery guy again.
Free delivery and returns. Waited two months for parcel. But I was told to wait until the end of the next day for it to arrive.
The worst service! I've been shopping with ASOS for 7 years now and they never disappoint! You're going to end of paying high (what they're calling) "customs fee" and receiving horrible quality items (with stitches out). I've been ordering many other online sites that's located overseas and NEVER had to pay such fees.. Hopefully will be able to resolve my problem later on. ASOS has no contact number so be forewarned! I work for a company where customer satisfaction is of utmost importance so to be treated like this..Speaks volumes of what ASOS stands for!!

Long ASOS shipping times seem to also be a common thread among ASOS reviews, although these times will differ from one country to the next. And if you choose to use ASOS remember to use paypal. Ordered an outfit on the Tuesday and we have premium next day delivery that we pay for so should have arrived on the Wednesday but the delivery driver just sent a photo of the wrong flat door and said attempted delivery. I’m raising this higher as it’s not right. Quick delivery. Followed the size chart and size assistant, but boots came in and they were way too big -- my feet could easily slip out of the boot. Shop our collection of clothes, accessories, beauty & more I shop here because they provide good quality in clothes & also their service. They respond fast and delivery is always on time.
I had a query about my return and spoke to SABAH who got this sorted straight away and rectified the issue.
We're business as usual. However, I wish ASOS provides an option to amend an order such as changing the delivery option instead of canceling to be refunded then make a new order I'd waited in the live chat queue for 10 minutes, and the support representative took a while to message, but apart from that it was clear what would happen, and dealt with accordingly.
